We are Drs. Helen & Marty Linseisen.
We created Celiac Friendly Professional Consultants as a result of our personal experience with the lack of knowledge and healthy management of Celiac Disease (CD) in our community and profession.
Through our frustration of constantly reeducating individuals about the misunderstandings surrounding current thinking of Celiac Disease, we desired to have a positive impact on our community and profession. Access to professional Celiac Disease experts is very limited but essential to provide quality care to the increasing number of children, adults, families and corporations confronted with Celiac Disease. We have the medical knowledge and personal experience that makes us premier consultants to assist you.
Dr. Helen Osborne Linseisen is a doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience with special interest in functional medicine. Dr. Marty Linseisen is board certified in Family Medicine and fellowship trained in Emergency Medicine. Additionally, Dr. M. Linseisen is residency trained in Integrative Medicine through the the University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.
Dr. M. Linseisen was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2012 and their youngest child was diagnosed in 2016. Celiac Disease is no longer an outlier autoimmune disease that our professional training taught us but rather a frequently misunderstood and overlooked condition. We are well aware of the challenges that follow a Celiac Disease diagnosis. We strive to demystify Celiac Disease and provide guidance on living an informed, happy, and healthy life with Celiac Disease. We personally understand that the challenges for adults and children can differ but are equally important to address.
